Carlton Marsh: a PURPLE HERON around Sprat's Water before flying to Peto's Marsh.
Thorpeness: a pale-morph Arctic Skua flew north.
Orford: a Black Redstart to the north of the village.
Boyton Marsh: three Cranes flew south.
Hintlesham: two Ravens over towards Copdock.
April 23rd
Benacre: the drake Garganey still on the Broad.
Shelley: the Wood Sandpiper still on Giffords Flash.
April 22nd
Benacre: a HOODED CROW on the eastern side of the Broad before flying south plus the drake Garganey still and a Spoonbill flying south.
Minsmere: a female Ring Ouzel at the Sluice bushes.
Sizewell: a Whinchat on the beach below the café. A Crane dropped onto the South Levels.
Thorpeness: a Crane flew west, then north over the Meare.
Orford: a Whinchat at the sewage works.
Shelley: the Wood Sandpiper still on Giffords Flash.

Carlton Marsh: a Blue-headed Wagtail on Share Marsh.
Kessingland: a male Whinchat just north of Benacre Sluice.
Hen Reedbeds: the drake Garganey again present.
Minsmere: a Ring Ouzel at the Sluice bushes.
Aldringham Walks: a Ring Ouzel.
North Warren: two Spoonbills on South Marsh.
Alde Estuary: a Tree Pipit and two Ravens.
Hazlewood Marshes: an Osprey flew north-east plus two Spoonbills.
Hollesley Marshes: a Ring Ouzel south of the main track.
Shingle Street: a male Whinchat opposite the allotments plus a Spoonbill north.
Trimley Marshes: a Whinchat and the first Swift of the year.
Pipps Ford: a Black Tern on the east side of the lagoon.
Shelley: the Wood Sandpiper still on Giffords Flash.
Livermere Lake: the first Swift of the year.
April 20th
Breydon Water: an Osprey flew high west.
Hen Reedbeds: the drake Garganey again present.
Offton: two Ravens flew east.

April 19th
Kessingland: a Common Redstart just north of Benacre Sluice.
Benacre: the drake Garganey again on the Broad.
Hen Reedbeds: the drake Garganey again present on furthest east pool.
North Warren: a Whinchat on a gate post on South Marsh.
Stowmarket: a Yellow-browed Warbler calling by Bidfoods.
Haughley: the Ring Ouzel still in the sheep field along Plashwood Road.

Corton: the HOOPOE still around Broadland Sands.
Benacre: two drake Garganey now present on the Broad.
Hen Reedbeds: the drake Garganey again present on furthest east pool.
Minsmere: two Cranes from Bittern Hide.
Aldeburgh: a HOODED CROW photographed.
Orford: a Black Redstart to the north of the village.
Boyton Marsh: a Cattle Egret and a Spoonbill.
Shingle Street: a Spoonbill on the saltings by the Oxley dairy pumphouse.
Lakenheath Fen: a pair of Garganey again Gary's Pool, an Eurasian White-fronted Goose looking south of the railway line by the disabled car park plus four Cattle Egrets from Joist Fen viewpoint. .

April 17th
Corton: the HOOPOE still around Broadland Sands. A 3CY PALLID HARRIER flew south-east over Broadland Sands, then later flew off high north-west towards Lound.
Benacre: the drake Garganey again on the Broad.
Hen Reedbeds: the drake Garganey again present on furthest east pool.
Aldeburgh: a BLACK KITE over.
Shingle Street: a female/first-winter Black Redstart by the tennis court.
Haughley: the Ring Ouzel still in the sheep field along Plashwood Road.
Lakenheath Fen: a pair of Garganey again on the smaller flash (Gary's Pool).

Corton: the HOOPOE left roost and flew over Corton Church and later found near Broadland Sands caravan park.

Carlton Marsh: a Spoonbill on Peto's Marsh.
Benacre: the drake Garganey again on the Broad.
Dunwich: one female Ring Ouzel again at Mount Pleasant.
Westleton: the BLACK KITE from Minsmere seen over Westleton Heath.
Minsmere: a BLACK KITE flew north over Vault Hill.
Alde Estuary: a Ring Ouzel, Firecrest and a Cattle Egret early morning.
Hollesley Marsh: two Jack Snipe 100m from Marsh Barn.
Woodbridge Airfield: three Ravens flew north-west.
Haughley: the Ring Ouzel still present.
Barrow: the HOOPOE present again.

Benacre: a Wood Warbler reported from woodland north of the broad (private - view from the beach only).
Covehithe: a SERIN reported just north of the track to Benacre Broad.
Easton Bavents: a Ring Ouzel.
Hen Reedbeds: the drake Garganey again on the pool just east of the reedbeds.
Dunwich: four Ring Ouzels again at Mount Pleasant.
Sudbourne: a Cattle Egret and a Ring Ouzel at Ferry Farm.
Boyton Marsh: a Cattle Egret and a Jack Snipe on the first flash.
Hollesley Marsh: a Little Gull viewable from the river wall.
Falkenham Creek: a Spoonbill.
Felixstowe Ferry: a Short-eared Owl.
Haughley: the Ring Ouzel still present.
Glemsford: a WHITE-TAILED EAGLE just north of the village heading towards Hartest.
Barrow: a HOOPOE in a garden.
Lakenheath Fen: a pair of Garganey on the smaller flash.

Carlton Marsh: a Crane low over Peto's Marsh the along the river valley towards Somerleyton.
Benacre: the drake Garganey again on the Broad.
Hen Reedbeds: the drake Garganey again on the pool just east of the reedbeds.
Dunwich: four Ring Ouzels and a Black Redstart at Mount Pleasant.
Shottisham: the WHITE STORK seen over the village after the Shingle Street sighting.
Shingle Street: the WHITE STORK seen to fly inland.
Bawdsey: a WHITE STORK in a paddock on the edge of the village before flying towards East Lane and refound in a field by the lagoons, then flew towards Shingle Street.
Haughley: the Ring Ouzel still in the sheep field along Plashwood Road.

Glebe Marsh: a Spoonbill and two Cattle Egrets by Burgh Castle.
Lowestoft: a Ring Ouzel in off at Ness Point then south-west over the town.
Barnby: a female type Black Redstart in the village.
Benacre: a Black Redstart at Beach Farm and a drake Garganey on the Broad.
Southwold: a Short-eared Owl on Tinker's Marsh.
Hen Reedbeds: a drake Garganey on the pool just east of the reedbeds.
Walberswick: the first Grasshopper Warbler of the year on the marshes by the wind pump. A Ring Ouzel in north fields then flew towards the Common.
Minsmere: a Short-eared Owl from the North Wall plus two Garganey present.
Eastbridge: a Ring Ouzel by the bridge.
North Warren: a Great Grey Shrike in the pony field and a Spoonbill on North Marsh.
Haughley: a Ring Ouzel in a sheep field along Plashwood Road.

Lowestoft: the Snow Bunting still at Ness Point.
Kessingland: three Black Redstarts in Kessingland Beach caravan park and later six counted north of the sluice.
Benacre: a drake Garganey on the Broad and a Black Redstart at Benacre Sluice.
Chippenhall Green: a HOOPOE late morning.
Boyton: the first Whimbrel of the year over Boyton.
Landguard: three Black Redstarts.
Loompit Lake: a Black Redstart just east of the lake on the track to Trimley.
April 9th
Blackheath: a ringtail Hen Harrier flew north-east.
April 8th
Eastbridge: a Black Redstart in the garden of the Eels Foot Inn.
Orford: a Black Redstart on the north edge of the village.
Boyton Marsh: a Cattle Egret.
Giffords Flash: two Little Gulls.
Brockley: a Black Redstart present.

April 7th
Carlton Marsh: the Blue-headed Wagtail again with cattle on Share Marsh.
Walberswick: a Black Redstart behind the village hall.
Minsmere: a Great Northern Diver north offshore plus an Arctic Skua. Presumably the same WHITE STORK seen earlier at Melton was noted landing in reeds on the North Levels before circling high over Island Mere.
Hollesley Marsh: two Eurasian White-fronted Geese in the field beyond the sluice.
Melton: a WHITE STORK over the boatyard.

Lowestoft: the Glaucous Gull seen earlier at Minsmere was seen to go north past Ness Point, before heading south again.
Carlton Marsh: the Blue-headed Wagtail again with cattle on Share Marsh plus four Cattle Egrets.
Covehithe: one Scaup on the Broad plus an Arctic Skua north offshore.
Minsmere: a first-winter Glaucous Gull north along the beach.
Orford: a Black Redstart on the north edge of the village.
Botany Marsh: a Eurasian White-fronted Goose.
Upper Hollesley Common: two Bramblings along the path east of the car park.

Carlton Marsh: a Blue-headed Wagtail again with cattle on Share Marsh plus a Cattle Egret.
Kessingland: a Goosander flying north-west over Kessingland beach caravan park.
Westleton: a male Hen Harrier at Lymballs Lane flying north-west over the A12.
Alde Estuary: the first Garden Warbler of the year, plus a Black Redstart and a Cattle Egret.
Flatford: the first Nightingale .of the year near Old Fen Bridge.
Lakenheath Fen: two Garganey present.

Carlton Marsh: a Blue-headed Wagtail with cattle on Share Marsh.
Carlton Colville: a Ring Ouzel on farmland, south of The Street.
North Cove: a male Hen Harrier.
Southwold: a Black Redstart behind the Harbour Inn.
Minsmere: a Black Redstart at the west end of the North Wall.
Orford: the first Tree Pipit and Whitethroat of the year. A Spoonbill in the creek opposite Chantry Point.
April 3rd
Benacre: a HOODED CROW north over the Broad.
Covehithe: two Scaup again on the Broad.
Minsmere: two Cranes flew towards the Levels. A pair of Garganey from West Hide plus two Spoonbills and four Caspian Gulls.
Hollesley Marsh: four Eurasian White-fronted Geese opposite Simpsons Saltings.
Martlesham: a Raven over the A12.
Redgrave Lake: an Osprey flew over the road by the lake.
Lakenheath Fen: the first Cuckoo of the year.
April 2nd
Hollesley Marsh: three Spoonbills on the scrape before flying north and four Eurasian White-fronted Geese.
Trimley Marsh: first Yellow Wagtail of the year on the summer flood.
April 1st
Orford: a Black Redstart at Chantry Meadow.
Boyton Marsh: a Cattle Egret with the bull.
