June 29th

Minsmere: a ROSEATE TERN and a Wood Sandpiper on the Scrape.

June 28th

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again on South Scrape.

​

June 27th

Benacre: a BLACK KITE drifting north.

Minsmere: a ROSEATE TERN  and a Little Gull on South Scrape.

Hollesley Marsh: 11 Spoonbills.

​

June 26th

Minsmere: a ROSEATE TERN on South Scrape and a Spoonbill on West Scrape.

​

June 25th

Minsmere: two ROSEATE TERNS on South Scrape plus two Little Gulls and two Spoonbills.

Hollesley Marsh: 10 Spoonbills on the scrape.

​

June 24th

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again on South Scrape plus a Little Gull.

Ramsholt: a Little Gull on the flood.

​

June 23rd

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again on South Scrape plus a Little Gull. A White Stork flew south.

​

June 22nd

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again on South Scrape. A Crane appeared to land near Island Mere.

Sizewell: a White Stork flew low along the beach/dunes at 18:00.

Hollesley Marsh: 18 Spoonbills on the scrape. A Crane flew low south south-east over the café.

​

June 21st

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again on South Scrape plus the Osprey seen over North Warren flew over arable fields to the north of Minsmere.

North Warren: an Osprey flew north over the Fen.

​

June 20th

Minsmere: a ROSEATE TERN on South Scrape and a Wood Sandpiper on West Scrape.

​

June 19th

Benacre Broad: three Spoonbills.

Minsmere: three ROSEATE TERNS on North Girder plus four Spoonbills from North Hide.

Hollesley Marsh: 18 Spoonbill on the scrape.

Ramsholt: two Wood Sandpipers on the flood.

​

June 18th

Benacre Broad: three Spoonbills.

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again on South Scrape plus a Wood Sandpiper flew over West Scrape.

Hollesley Marsh: 13 Spoonbill on the scrape.

Chelmondiston: a WHITE-TAILED EAGLE over.

​

June 17th

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again on South Scrape plus six Spoonbills and a Little Ringed Plover from West Hide.

Hollesley Marsh: a Spoonbill.

Lakenheath Fen: the adult CASPIAN TERN again present.

​

June 16th

Benacre: a singing GOLDEN ORIOLE that flew north.

Dunwich Heath: a Crane flew south.

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again on South Scrape.

Trimley St Mary: a Hawfinch flew over Keepers Track, near Searsons Farm.

​

June 15th

Landguard: a Black Redstart opposite the Observatory

Lakenheath Fen: the adult CASPIAN TERN still present.

 

June 14th

Beccles: a reported BLACK KITE over.

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again plus a BRIDLED TERN briefly over the Scrape before flying south.

Boyton Marsh: a GOLDEN ORIOLE singing by Banters Barn.

Livermere Lake: a Ruddy Shelduck.

Lakenheath Fen: a CASPIAN TERN at Hockwold Washes and along the river.

June 13th

Hen Reedbeds: a CASPIAN TERN seen flying south, having landed on a mud bank on the Blyth.

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again plus two first-summer Little Gulls on South Scrape.

Hazlewood Marsh: a 3CY Caspian Gull.

​

June 12th

Kessingland: a BEE-EATER flew south over the caravan park.

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again plus the first-summer Little Gull on South Scrape.

​

June 11th

Benacre: four Spoonbills flying north.

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again on South Scrape.

​

June 10th

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again plus a first-summer Little Gull on South Scrape.

 

June 9th

Ramsholt: a drake Garganey on a flood.

​

June 8th

Carlton Marsh: Garganey on Peto's Marsh.

Benacre: two Greater Scaup (1m, 1f) still on the Broad.

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again on South Scrape.

North Warren: two Spoonbills and a drake Garganey on South Marsh.

Hollesley Marsh: six Spoonbills.

​

June 7th

Carlton Marsh: three Garganey (2m, 1f) again on Peto's Marsh and a Spoonbill flew towards Somerleyton.

Minsmere: the ROSEATE TERN again on South Scrape.

North Warren: two Spoonbills and a drake Garganey on South Marsh.

​

June 6th

Minsmere: the PURPLE HERON again showing well at times at Island Mere plus a ROSEATE TERN on South Scrape.

​

June 5th

Minsmere: the PURPLE HERON again at Island Mere plus a GOLDEN ORIOLE singing along the Woodland trail.

Boyton Marsh: a RED-NECKED PHALAROPE on the main flash.

​

June 4th

Carlton Marsh: three Garganey (2m, 1f) again on Peto's Marsh.

Benacre: two Greater Scaup (1m, 1f) still on the Broad.

Minsmere: the PURPLE HERON again at Island Mere plus a ROSEATE TERN on South Scrape before flying out to sea.

Felixstowe Ferry: a female Hen Harrier flew south over Holmhill.

​

June 3rd

Benacre: two Greater Scaup (1m, 1f) still on the Broad.

​

June 2nd

Carlton Marsh: three Garganey (2m, 1f) on Peto's Marsh.

Benacre: two Greater Scaup (1m, 1f) reported on the Broad.

Minsmere: the PURPLE HERON again at Island Mere.

Shingle Street: an Osprey flew north.

Minsmere: the PURPLE HERON again at Island Mere and a first-summer Little Gull on South Scrape.

Lakenheath Fen: the GOLDEN ORIOLE reported again by Mere Hide.​
